Moulding Appointment
Visit us in Digbeth, Birmingham for your 10-minute moulding appointment — completely free. Or request a mould kit (£10) delivered to you.

50% Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for work to commence. Mobile service requires deposit before arrival.

Crafted In-House
Everything is made in-house (apart from diamond setting) — that's why we can deliver fast turnarounds. We update you with pics and videos along the way.

Collect your piece and aftercare products are included. On rare occasions Fixodent may be needed for a snug fit.

Everything you need to know
Do you make permanent grillz?
No. We do not do permanent grillz as they can cause massive damage to the mouth and teeth.
Can I eat with my grillz?
No. At no time should you eat with your grillz on — this can cause damage to both the set and your teeth.
How long is your turnaround?
Standard is 1–2 weeks. We also offer a 2–3 day express service for an additional fee.
Do you make grillz in-house?
Yes — everything is in-house apart from diamond setting, which is why we deliver fast turnarounds.
What's the difference between silver and gold?
Silver tarnishes more over time. Gold tarnishes less — but can tarnish faster due to smoking or alcohol. 18ct Gold will not tarnish.
Can grillz cover gaps?
Yes — we can cover gaps, chips, and complete missing teeth.
How do I clean my grillz?
Easily with a toothbrush and toothpaste — same as brushing your teeth. You can also use our polish cloth for extra shine.
Where are you based?
Our main office is in Digbeth, Birmingham. We also post mould-kits internationally and offer a mobile service.

Please read before booking

Grillz will take 1–2 weeks max to complete. We keep you updated with pictures and videos along the way.

2-day express service available (e.g. book Wednesday, ready Friday).

Diamond grillz take 2–3 weeks to complete.

We provide a mobile service with an additional distance fee. Mobile service requires deposit before arrival.

Frost City Jewellers does not tolerate any type of abusive or rude behaviour.

Please trust and allow us to take our time and finish the job to our highest standard. You cannot rush perfection.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for work to commence.

Custom jewellery takes 3–4 weeks depending on scale of project.

On rare occasions customers will need to apply Fixodent to ensure a snug, long-lasting fit.

Refunds are not available as material and labour charges are made on demand. We can always redo in an instance where the fit is not right.
